BBenjamin Čengić (b. 1993, Sarajevo) is a Sarajevo-based artist, producer, and cultural organizer with expertise spanning street art, film, and contemporary arts management. As President of the Obojena Klapa Association, he serves as Gallery Director of the Contemporary Arts Gallery Manifesto and Festival Director of the FASADA Street Art Festival, where he has been a driving force in developing the street and contemporary art scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo with a degree in Production and Management, Benjamin has built an extensive career in the film industry, contributing to notable productions including the Oscar-nominated Quo Vadis, Aida? directed by Jasmila Žbanić and the Eurimages Excellence Award-winning Tabija. As a muralist and street artist, he has created dozens of works across Sarajevo and beyond, with his practice rooted in community engagement, public space, and social impact.
Through his work in production, education, and capacity building, Benjamin remains committed to strengthening cultural infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina and fostering new generations of artists and cultural workers.
