OTISAK / TRACE / IMPRINT is an experimental art film set in Kotor, Montenegro, exploring the idea of identity through the concept of the "imprint" — traces left by the human body in materials such as stone, wood, sand, and water.

Inspired by the work of Renaissance poet Ludovik Paskalić, the film connects historical memory with contemporary expression, using original music and sound as its primary narrative force. Structured like a musical composition, the film evolves through repetition, rhythm, and crescendo, moving from silence and individual presence to collective identity and shared European memory.

Visually and sonically, it creates a bridge between past and present, positioning Kotor as a symbolic point of convergence within Europe.

Production is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2026, with post-production planned for 2027. An open call will be launched for a composer to create the original score.
