Kiril Gjozev (b. 1988, Skopje) is a Macedonian cultural manager, economist, and creative industries strategist with extensive experience across film, audiovisual rights, and the broader creative economy of North Macedonia and the Western Balkans region.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University and an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries from Europa Prima University in Skopje, Kiril has built a career at the intersection of culture, finance, and policy. He currently serves as President of UMPAKI (the Union of Macedonian Professional Associations in the Creative Industries), President of the Regional Film Fund "Balkan Cinema Cities", and General Secretary of AZAS, the collecting society for authors, performers and film producers in the audiovisual sector. He also works as an Assistant Professor at Europa Prima University and serves on the Board of Directors of EUROVOD, the European association of art-house Video on Demand platforms.

A prolific project coordinator and financial manager, Kiril has led and contributed to numerous Creative Europe MEDIA projects and international forums focused on film distribution, production design, and creative entrepreneurship. He has acted as an external advisor to the Ministry of Culture of North Macedonia on creative industries development and regularly participates in major European industry events, from Cannes and IDFA to the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival.
